Terms of Use for CashScore: Predict & Win

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You may register with email and password or sign in with Google.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate information.

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the game, leaderboard, or reward systems, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Game Rules and Virtual Points

CashScore: Predict & Win is a skill-based prediction game using virtual points.

Points may be earned or lost based on match prediction outcomes, wheel spins, achievements, and other in-app activities.

Points, shields, jokers, spins, and similar items have no real-world cash value unless explicitly redeemed through approved in-app reward options.

We may adjust point values, game mechanics, wheel odds, daily limits, and features at any time to maintain fairness and balance.

Attempts to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, manipulate results, or abuse the system may result in point forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban.

5. Predictions and Content

Match data is provided by third-party sports data providers and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match information.

Predictions must be submitted before the match deadlines shown in the App, and resolved predictions are final once officially processed by our system.

6. Leagues, Friends, and Social Features

Usernames, rankings, league standings, and friend activity may be visible to other users.

You agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or post offensive content through usernames or social features.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards.

7. In-App Purchases and VIP

The App may offer VIP subscriptions and in-app purchases processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.

Subscription benefits, pricing, and features may change with notice where required by law, and you are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through your store account settings.

8. Rewards and Gift Card Redemptions

Certain point thresholds may allow redemption for digital rewards or gift cards, subject to availability and verification.

We reserve the right to review, delay, or deny redemptions suspected of fraud or abuse.

Redeemed rewards are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Notifications

The App may send push notifications and local reminders, such as daily spin availability and prediction results, if you grant permission.

You can disable notifications in your device settings or within the App.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App without written permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, scripts, or emulators to gain unfair advantage
• Exploit bugs or glitches without reporting them
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account, subject to the Delete Account Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

CashScore: Predict & Win is for entertainment purposes. It is not a gambling application, betting platform, or financial service.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF POINTS, DATA, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the App operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.
