Delete Your Pawdia Account

You can permanently delete your Pawdia account and all associated pet care data at any time, either from inside the app or by email.
Delete Your Account in the App
Open Pawdia and go to Profile, then Account Details, then Delete my account.
You will be asked to type your account email address to confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email renvoyapp@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Pawdia Account.
Include the email address associated with your Pawdia account so we can verify your request.
What Will Be Deleted
Deletion removes your account information, pet profiles, health and care records, reminders, caregiver plans, task lists, uploaded photos, and documents.
Deletion from the app removes this data immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification. In either case, limited records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution needs.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pawdia subscription. Cancel it separately through the Google Play account used for the purchase.
